Hair Dryer: Hot Tools Diamond Platinum

This is one of the latest (good) hair dryers I’ve tried. My experience with the fabulous Diamond Platinum hair dryer by Hot Tools is as follows.

What it does: Very accurate descriptions. This hair dryer is super lightweight, which is one of the things I love the most about it. It gives my arms a rest as opposed to holding up a heavier dryer in the air for a few minutes. It is particularly helpful when trying to dry the back section. The fact that it’s lightweight is very convenient for people with longer hair, too.

The other benefit of this hairdryer is that it’s fast (as far as drying goes). If there’s one thing that I hate about doing my own hair is how LONG it takes, but with this dryer I have been able to do it in less than an hour. Totally worth it! Best purchase I’ve made in a long time.

Finally, I love that it comes with a double concentrator, which blows even more air to allow for the hair to dry faster, and the pick is a great feature also–I use it as a final touch on my hair sometimes and it flattens it very nicely.

The only one thing that annoys me about this hair dryer is that it takes its time to shoot hot air at the beginning when I first turn it on–a little longer than other dryers I’ve had. But once the heat is on, it is great. I definitely recommend it.
